The Electric Vehicle Performance & Driveability Attribute Manager will be responsible to manage a team of engineers that have responsibility for the Performance & Driveability attributes for the total vehicle that meets the Vehicle Technical Specifications (VTS) requirements.
This position requires experience in design and release – with a focus on either mounts/bushes/wheels/tyres/tools, experience in most areas of Chassis suspension/steering/wheels/tires and CAD skills – CATIA
Design & test ECUs for our vehicles. Leverage VF & ISO to craft DVP test plans (EMC, Electrical, Environmental). Monitor testing, support suppliers, review & approve results. Analyze & optimize test requirements for efficient development. Expertise in DFMEA & EE integration, a plus.
